Hello, world. The Cuebo blog is live.
Why we're starting a blog about how teams actually train sales reps, what's broken about traditional methods, and what we've learned shipping AI roleplay to thousands of reps.
Sales training is stuck in a loop.
Reps go through onboarding, shadow a few calls, and get pushed into real customer conversations. Feedback shows up late, when the deal is already lost. Coaching is a once-a-quarter event. Practice is something reps do on the customer.
We built Cuebo because that’s not how skill works. Athletes drill, performers rehearse, pilots simulate. Sales reps deserve the same. A place to practice the hard conversations, get specific feedback in seconds, and try again until the muscle memory clicks.
This blog is where we’ll share what we’re learning:
- Patterns from the field. What’s working in customer rollouts, what surprised us, where AI roleplay over- and under-performs.
- Product deep-dives. How the AI Coach scores a call, why personas matter more than prompts, the design choices behind the rep experience.
- Industry takes. Sales enablement is having a moment. Some of it is hype. We’ll say which.
Subscribe, push back, share with your team. The bar we’re holding ourselves to: every post should change how you think about training reps, not just describe what we shipped this week.
Manas
Let's fix that this week.
Set up your first AI roleplay in under 10 minutes. Real customer personas, instant feedback, no manager required.
